They were pretty good too provide recommendations and even sold bus tickets. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety. The spacious and clean room ensured a comfortable stay. The location, nestled in nature and not far from the city, was perfect for evening strolls. I highly recommend this hotel.

We loved staying at this hotel in a very quiet area just outside of the old town. The hotel is located in a leafy area of other fine mansions and is close to Boboli park. It is also quite close to the city center, making it convenient to explore the city's attractions. The cleanliness of the hotel was great and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast offered a good variety of choices and the hotel facilities were excellent.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a peaceful retreat after a long day of exploring. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, ensuring that all our needs were met. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of delicious options to start our day off right. the hotel's pool allowed us to relax and cool off after a day of sightseeing in the hot sun.
The hall and stair carpets in the annex appeared to be in need of a shampoo.
